The TED tent umbrella pack and its mounting clamp has been specially designed to meet the needs of field engineers. This kit offers complete protection against rain, wind and sun by combining robustness and ease of use with its holder to quickly and securely attach the umbrella-tent.
The TED Umbrella Tent
- Quick installation: Telenco worked in collaboration with Trigano to create an efficient construction site shelter that is quick and easy to install with a zip.
- Practical: Once the canvas is installed, the umbrella-tent offers a surface area of 170 x 170 cm to give the technician room to perform various manipulations such as splice protection. The canvas also has six pockets for storing various tools.
- Visibility and security: The canvas can be held in place with ballast bags placed on the protective skirt in case of wind. Orange and with a reflective strip, the TED® umbrella-tent ensures very good visibility of the shelter in order to be easily spotted by motorists, both day and night.
- Working comfort: The upper part of the white parasol coupled with the window on the canvas allows the passage of natural light to offer a faithful rendering of colors, strands of fiber for example.

The TED suction cup mounting clamp
The TED® suction clamp is the accessory that will accompany you when using the TED® Tent Umbrella.
- Practical: Attach your tent umbrella to a smooth surface, without assembly and screws, this holder easily attaches to flat, clean and dry surfaces. Lightweight and portable, it is very useful when technicians do not want to be burdened with a tent umbrella base.
- Secure: You can quickly and securely attach your umbrella tent, whether on a street cabinet, or on a commercial vehicle. The suction cup can withstand loads of up to 5kg and is suitable for all materials with a flat and waterproof surface.
- Ease of use: The pumping mechanism is intuitive and allows you to create a vacuum quickly and efficiently. The large valve knob provides quick ventilation to reduce vacuum, making the attachment suction cup easier to apply to the surface and simpler to remove after use. The vise allows you to tighten the accessory as close as possible to the handle of the tent umbrella in order to obtain a perfect hold.
Installation tips:
- Thread the umbrella handle through the mounting bracket and place the bracket(s) in the desired location.
- Place the suction cups on the target surface and squeeze the air pump until the red line of safety disappears.
- During use, the red line indicates that you need to press the air pump again so that the suction cup adheres completely to the surface
- Adjust the side screw adjust for jaw spacing.
- To remove the suction cup, gently lift the small tab
For optimal fixation, we recommend using the suction cups in pairs.
