The CDR (Cable Distribution Rack) or high-density fibre optic management rack has been specially designed to serve as a central distributor in the main distribution area of data centres or data centres (MMR: meet me room).
With a footprint depth of just 300mm, the management rack is fully modular and scalable up to 1620 ports (3240 fibres) using LC connectivity and 1080 (25920 fibres) using MTP® connectivity. Users benefit from a C-shaped construction that allows all internal sub-components to be installed and accessed from the front. The racks can therefore be placed back to back on a single floor tile or, alternatively, against an unused wall for minimal space consumption.
The 900mm wide rack has integrated patch cord management on the right side. It facilitates the installation of standard LISA chassis for splicing. Typically used for 1G and 10G serial transmission when a standard LC connector interface is required. It is supplied as an empty cabinet. It can be used in combination with the 300mm rack to create a 1200mm rack.
