Duct Seal (75–110mm Duct) TDUX-100
The TDUX-100 is a large-capacity inflatable duct sealing system designed to permanently seal 75–110mm telephone cable ducts and prevent water ingress into exchange vaults or manholes. As part of the TDUX product range, this durable wraparound seal offers a dependable solution for maintaining network integrity in both new and existing telecom installations. It is suitable for plastic, concrete, or steel duct wall-feedthroughs and is compatible with polyethylene and lead-jacketed cables.
The TDUX-100 is quick to install using a Duct Inflation Tool and remains effective even in water-filled or restricted-access enclosures. Its flexible structure adapts to round or oval ducts and cables, while its wide application range allows it to seal either vacant ducts or those containing one or two cables. For multiple cable configurations, an optional clip is available. Offering airtight and watertight protection up to 50 kPa, the TDUX-100 is also resistant to chemicals and bacteria, non-toxic, and easy to remove when needed.
